Sunday, October 14th
12:00 – 2:00 p.m. in the Garden Room
Fees: $40/ person
Join us for a high tea focusing on the changing seasons and the wealth and bounty of living in California’s the Farm-to-Fork Capital. We have the extreme good fortune of being near so many excellent farms, so let’s turn our blessing of fresh, local produce into a gift for our tea tiers. This event will feature Sutter Buttes Olive Oil and a discussion of the Farm-to-Fork movement by a local chef.
Each guest will get three tiers of autumn-inspired tea food, a cup (or six) of the Novel Tea’s artisan tea, and a few surprising treats. We will also be sharing recipes from The Novel Tea’s private collection, as well as recipes from local chefs and farm cooperatives. We encourage everyone to come with a food story to share.
This event is perfect both for individuals who want to take tea while gathering recipes and for groups who want to enjoy and learn together.
