Description
Darjeeling is the champagne of teas, and this tea has a wonderful aroma, sweet smooth taste and complex overtones. Elegant and full bodied without being too delicate. Excellent at any time of day.
One bag of The Novel Tea artisan loose leaf tea make 50 – 60 cups of tea, or 7 – 10 pots.
Steeping Instructions
Black, Dark and Oolong teas should be steeped with water that is 212 degrees, or which has barely reached a boil. If boiling on the stove, do not allow the water to boil for too long.
This tea should steep for 3-4 minutes.
For the best taste use fresh or filtered water. The best water makes the best tea.
