Description
One of the most recognizable of the blended teas, Earl Grey is a mix of Chinese and Indian black teas, flavored with delicate flowery white tea and bergamot–the Chinese bitter orange flavoring.
One bag of The Novel Tea artisan loose leaf tea make 50 – 60 cups of tea, or 7 – 10 pots.
Steeping Instructions
Black, Dark and Oolong teas should be steeped with water that is 212 degrees, or which has barely reached a boil. If boiling on the stove, do not allow the water to boil for too long.
This tea should steep for 3-4 minutes.
For the best taste use fresh or filtered water. The best water makes the best tea.
