Sonnet Green

Description

This green and white blend of premium teas has an earthy, silky sweetness and a lingering finish with all the rich but light body of an artisan tea.

One bag of The Novel Tea artisan loose leaf tea make 50 – 60 cups of tea, or 7 – 10 pots.

Steeping Instructions

Green and White teas should be steeped with water that is between 170 and 180 degrees. To get this temperature, pull water from heat as soon as it reaches a boil, then allow to cool for 2-3 minutes. Boiling water will bruise more delicate green and white leaves.

This tea should steep for 4-6 minutes.

For the best taste use fresh or filtered water. The best water makes the best tea.
