White tea is the rarest of all the teas due to the stringent picking and storage requirements on the tea plantations. This particular elegant blend is rich and smooth, mixing both mellow nutty notes with a sweet overlay that comes from both the youngest leaves and buds. This tea is dessert in a cup and is perfect in the evening or when you want a quiet moment.

Steeping Instructions
Green and White teas should be steeped with water that is between 160 and 170 degrees. To get this temperature, pull water from heat as soon as it reaches a boil, then allow to cool for 2-3 minutes. Boiling water will bruise more delicate green and white leaves.
This tea should steep for 4-6 minutes.
For the best taste use fresh or filtered water. The best water makes the best tea.
